HAM SLICE WITH RED PEPPER 
1 1/2 lb. center cut fully cooked ham slice
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. juice from canned pineapple sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
4 slices canned pineapple

Slash the fat edges of ham, slice in several place or prevent curling. In skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter. Brown ham 4-5 minutes each side. Add pepper slices and saute 2-3 minutes longer. Meanwhile in saucepan combine pineapple syrup and brown sugar. Stir in mustard and ginger, mixing well. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour pineapple mixture over ham. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Place pineapple slice on top. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer. Serves 4.
