BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK MUFFINS 
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix buttermilk mixture into flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Fold blueberries and spoon into muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 18 muffins.
