BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut, optional

Beat eggs well, add flour and sugar. Beat well. Add butter, then beat until fluffy. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Bake in 10 inch uncooked pie shell for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
