BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
3 to 4 cans cream of potato soup (you may use can of cream of celery or mushroom for 1 can)
1 to 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli (thawed & drained WELL)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese OR 1 can cheddar cheese soup
Milk

Put 4 cans of soup in pot. Add 2 1/2 cans milk. Add broccoli. In a bowl cut cheese (or cheese soup) in chunks and add 1 can milk. Microwave until smooth before adding to the rest of the soup. Stir well.

You may use a crock pot of LOW, but be careful. The lid accumulates moisture. When you stir the soup remove the lid carefully and pour off moisture in the sink. The excess moisture would water down the soup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
