1 head broccoli
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Stove Top stuffing, packed
1/2 c. cooked chicken, can use canned
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Parboil or steam broccoli then combine all and bake in an oiled baking dish at 350 degrees.
