MOLDED SHRIMP SALAD 
3/4 can tomato soup
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 chopped green pepper
2 cans shrimp or crab meat
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water

Warm tomato soup and beat cheese into it. Add the mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper and shrimp or crab. To this mixture add the Jello dissolved in the hot water and the Knox gelatin dissolved in the cold water. Pour into large mold and set. This is a good luncheon salad or a good hors d'oeuvre served with Ritz crackers. Serves 8.
