EASY DELICIOUS PICKLES 
1 gallon Kosher pickles, drained
6 c. sugar
1 garlic clove
Dash of Tabasco

Let pickles stand in cold water for 1-2 hours; drain. Cut in small pieces or slices, layer with sugar, garlic, and Tabasco. Place in jars. After sugar is dissolved, refrigerate. Will keep a long time.
