1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Few drops food coloring (opt.)
1 egg (lg.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange rind (opt.)
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Colored sugar, sprinkles (opt.)

First cream butter, cream cheese and sugar well. Blend in egg and vanilla (orange rind) and food coloring works in well here. Gradually mix in flour, salt and cinnamon mixture. Fill cookie press and form cookies on ungreased cookie sheet - may decorate with sugars and (or) sprinkles. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 14 minutes - do not brown. Place on cooking racks.

If you want more than one color dough, do not mix food coloring in with egg and vanilla. But after dough is mixed before putting in cookie press - divide dough and work desired colors in to parts of dough.
