RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. whipped cream

Boil the rhubarb and sugar together until the rhubarb is soft. Add the strawberry Jello and marshmallows and cool. Add the whipped cream and pour into a 9"x13" pan lined with a graham cracker crust.
