BUTTERMILK WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 egg whites

Into bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Combine egg yolks, buttermilk and butter. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Carefully fold into batter. Bake until golden brown.
