HOBO BREAD 
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. raisins
4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. oil
1 egg
4 c. flour

Pour boiling water over raisins; cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide into 3 (1 pound) coffee cans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes. Take from cans and cool.
