SNAPPY BEEF SANDWICHES 
1 (4 lb.) beef chuck roast
1 c. catsup
1 c. barbecue sauce
4 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Rolls or buns

Place beef in a Dutch oven. Combine all other ingredients except rolls. Pour over, cover and bake 5 hours at 350 degrees, turning beef occasionally. Shred beef with a fork. Serve on rolls or buns. Makes 24 servings. May be cooked all day in a slow cooker.
