BAKED CHUCK ROAST 
3 lb. (approx.) chuck roast
3/4 c. chili sauce (or ketchup)
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 onion (sliced)
2 carrots (cut up)
2 sticks celery (cut up)

Brown roast in pan or roaster. In a bowl, mix chili sauce, flour, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and sugar together for a sauce.

Tear off large piece of foil (enough to completely wrap meat). Spread half of sauce on foil. Lay meat on sauce. Spread remaining sauce on top of meat. Top with onions, carrots and celery. Wrap meat in foil. Place in pan to catch any drippings. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-3 hours, or until done.
