GREEN CHILI QUICHE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, diced
1/4 c. crushed garlic
1 pkg. taco seasoning
12 whole green chilies, split in half
1 c. shredded Lite Line Cheddar cheese
1 whole egg, 4 egg whites
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Crumble turkey, cook and drain. Add onion, garlic and taco seasoning, and saute. Set aside. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with 1/2 of green chilies, split in 1/2 to lay flat in pan. Cover with 1/2 cup cheese, then meat mixture.

Top with remaining green chilies. Beat eggs and flour together. Add milk and Tabasco to egg mixture. Pour over meat and chili mixture and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Serves 10.
