CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 qt. casserole dish
4 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli spears
10 split chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry
1 pkg. Hollandaise sauce

Cook broccoli spears, cook chicken in oven with skin on 45 minutes 325 degrees. Cool, skin, and bone. Mix 1 can soup, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/8 tsp. curry and place in bottom of casserole dish. Layer cooked broccoli on top of sauce, then place chicken on top of broccoli. Cook and cool Hollandaise sauce, then mix with 1 can soup, 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/8 tsp. curry, place over chicken. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
