3 lbs. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. applesauce

Mix and place in baking dish.

Top with 1/2 cup ketchup and 2 tablespoons brown sugar mixed together. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
