ORANGE PECANS 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
Grated outside rind of 3 oranges
2 c. pecan halves

Cook sugar and milk until it forms a soft ball in cup of water. Add vinegar and cook 3 minutes longer. Add grated orange rind and stir well. Add pecan halves; stir until coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool then separate.
