CARIBBEAN LIMEY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 whole chickens cut in pieces
Melted butter

Marinate chicken overnight. Grill on a barbecue, basting with marinade about 45 minutes. Baste with melted butter for about 15 minutes more on the barbecue. Serve with wedges of fresh lime to squeeze over the chicken.
