CHEESE-FILLED DANISH 
2 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg-yolk
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease 12 x 15 pan; roll out one package of rolls; beat rest of ingredients and spread over crust. Roll out other package of rolls and lay over cheese mixture; pinch sides together. Brush with beaten egg-white. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup sliced almonds.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
