MOM'S BEEF & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
Pepper & allspice to taste
1 sm. can peas
8 oz. grated cheese
1 med. chopped onion
1 can tomatoes (14 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. macaroni
1/2 c. sliced olives

Brown meat and onion in butter. Add tomatoes and spices. Simmer 30 minutes. Add cooked and drained macaroni, peas and olives. Put 1/2 mixture in greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
