FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 stick butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar

SPREAD:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. fruit juice, drained from pineapple or peaches
1/2 c. sugar

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. fruit juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch

TOPPINGS:

Strawberri es
1 med. can chunk pineapple
Kiwi
1 med. can peaches
Bananas
Or other fruit of your choice

CRUST: Cream butter, sugar and egg. Add flour, soda and cream of tartar. Grease round pizza pan and spread dough. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and fruit juice. Spread over cooled crust.

Arrange fruit over cream cheese topping. Cook 1 1/2 cups fruit juice and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Let cool until lukewarm, then pour over fruit. This is delicious in the summer.
