SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS | |
MEATBALLS: 2 to 3 lbs. ground beef 3/4 to 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs 3 eggs Garlic to taste Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 onion, chopped fine SAUCE: 1 can (16 oz.) cranberry sauce 1 bottle chili sauce 2 to 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp. brown sugar Mix all meatball ingredients together. Form into balls. Place in shallow cake pan. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Heat on stove a few minutes until lumps are gone. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not cover. |
