POTATOES ROMANOFF 
6 lg. potatoes, peeled, cooked, and cubes
2 c. lg. curd cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. salt
2-3 scallions, finely chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Paprika

Boil potatoes until just barely tender. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Combine with cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and scallions.

Turn into buttered casserole and sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Add a little paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
