SPAGHETTI AMORE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
2 tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. grated cheddar cheese, divided
1 clove minced garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease large casserole dish. Cook noodles as directed on package. Combine 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, soups and water in large bowl. Heat shortening in large skillet; cook meat, onion and bell pepper. Drain. Add cooked and drained spaghetti to soup mixture. Mix well. Add meat mixture to soup and spaghetti mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar on top of casserole.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cover at any point if noodles begin to dry. Cook until thoroughly hot and bubbling around sides.
