CHICKEN IN A BISCUIT 
1 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 (.87 oz.) pkg. chicken gravy mix
8 oz. whipping cream
1/3 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine flour, gravy mix, and whipping cream. Mix well. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead 5 or 6 times. Roll out to a thickness of about 1/2 inch and cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Dip in melted butter. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
