POTATO SALAD 
14 lbs. potatoes, boiled & then peeled, when cool enough to handle
5 c. Kraft salad dressing
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. yellow mustard
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. half & half or heavy milk
8 eggs, boiled

Mix all together in large bowl by lifting gently with your hands. Let set several hours to let flavors set.
