CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
6 chicken breasts, boned and shredded
1 small bottle Italian dressing
1 pkg. taco mix
10 to 12 medium flour tortillas
Cheddar cheese

Combine cooked chicken, Italian dressing and dry taco mix. Bring to boil. Spoon into tortillas and roll up. Cover with cheese.

Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
