FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. soft butter
2 eggs
14 oz. can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Sift all dry ingredients into bowl. Drain juice from fruit cocktail. Beat eggs. Add butter, brown sugar, vanilla, juice from fruit cocktail, to dry ingredients. Mix well. (If you do not have enough juice from the cocktail add 1/4 cup water). Fold in fruit. Put batter in 9 x 12 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake about 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
