STUFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 carrots
2 to 3 med. potatoes
1/4 head cabbage
1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom
1/2 can water
6 to 8 slices of cheese

Cook ground beef and onions together. Do not brown very much. Shred cabbage, carrots and potatoes. Cook almost done. Do not overcook. Vegetables can be sliced very thin. Drain off water.

Put meat mixture in baking dish. Add vegetables over meat. Add soup and 1/2 soup can of water and spread over vegetables. Top with sliced cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
