MARINATED BEANS 
1 lb. sm. white beans
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. green onion or chives (shopped)
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped celery
5 cloves of garlic

Cook beans with cut up clove of garlic until just tender. Add salt to taste 1 hour before beans are done. Drain and cool. Put 4 cloves of garlic through press and add to other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.

Note: these are so good I always double the recipe!
