4 c. self-rising flour 1 pkg. yeast 1 c. milk 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks) 1/4 c. sugar 4 eggs Heat milk, butter and sugar until butter melts. Let cool slightly. Put 2 cups flour in mixing bowl. Add dry yeast. Mix on low speed. Add liquids and beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add rest of flour, a little at a time. Spray with Pam. Cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and place in well greased bundt pan. Let rise until double in size (approximately 45 minutes). Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
