CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
5 whole chicken breasts (cut each in half)
Boiled ham

Dip chicken in flour. Dip in egg and milk mixture, then seasoned bread crumbs. Place breaded breasts on buttered cookie sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Let breasts cool.

Slit and stuff with 1/2 slice boiled ham. Place in buttered baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over and bake. After sauce is made, pour over chicken breasts. Bake for another 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
2 c. warm milk
Salt and pepper

1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Whip ingredients for cheese sauce with wire whisk. Cook over low heat until
thickened.
