MARINATED CARROTS - COPPER
PENNIES
 
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1 can tomato soup
2 lbs. carrots, cut, cooked & drained

Bring all ingredients except carrots, to boil. Pour mixture over carrots and place in casserole and serve.
