MAPLE PECAN PIE 
1 unbaked pastry shell
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) bottle of pure maple syrup (Cary's brand)
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. pecan halves or pieces

In a large bowl beat eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour into shell. Bake in lower half of 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden. Cool.
