SPINACH SALAD 
Spinach
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Toasted almonds
Crisp bacon bits
Chopped avocado
Chopped cooked beets
Bean-alfalfa sprouts
Grated cheese
Water chestnuts
Mandarin oranges
Chopped boiled eggs

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. ketchup
1 med. onion, chopped

Combine any of the above with the spinach. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together and shake it up. Chill. Pour just enough dressing to moisten the salad right before you serve it. The remaining dressing will keep indefinitely for the next spinach salad you make.
