TERIYAKI 
3 to 4 lb. chuck or arm roast, cut into 2 inch cubes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. accent

Mix and marinate and place meat in shallow pan. Turn meat frequently and pierce with fork so that marinate goes into meat and all sides are coated. I usually let it marinate overnight or at least several hours. Cook outside on grill. Takes approximately 45 minutes and turn often.
