POLYNESIAN FRUIT DIP 
1 lg. jar marshmallow cream
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
Pinch of ginger

Mix together. Refrigerate, then keep out 5 hours before using. Great used over assorted melon balls, fresh strawberries, any good fruit cup or individual fruits. I serve it in shrimp cocktail container over ice.
