RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix

Brown chicken in pan. Mix dressing, preserves and soup mix in baking dish. Add chicken. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Turn chicken halfway through cooking time. Spoon sauce over chicken.
