chili powder seasoned salt chicken breast Thaw out chicken, and sprinkle a light coating of the chili powder, and seasoned salt on both sides of the chicken breast. Cook it until the side that is down is white. Flip it over, and put two slits down the long way of the breast on each breast. Put seasonings in the slits after you pull it open a little bit. Cook it for two minutes, and then flip it. Put two slits longways down the breast on each, and then pull it open a little, put the seasoning in the slits. Cook it for two minutes, and then flip it, put a light coating of the seasonings on the breast. Cook it for a minute, then flip it, and then put a light coating on the breast.
