3/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. beer
3 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. hot sauce

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; stir well. Bring mixture to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
