HONEY GRANOLA 
12 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
1 c. nonfat instant dry milk
2 c. honey
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raisins

For a chewier granola, add an additional cup of honey.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, dry milk. Mix well. In medium bowl, combine honey, oil and vanilla. coat oat mixture by stirring. Divide into 2 (9 x 13) greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir frequently. Let cool and stir in raisins. Store in an airtight container.
