2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal

Mix first four ingredients in medium saucepan, over medium high heat, boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add cocoa and oatmeal. Pour into pie plate; cool.
