MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. mild taco sauce
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. sm. flour tortillas

Brown meat. Drain fat. Simmer in taco sauce 5 to 10 minutes. Layer in square baking dish as follows: tortilla, sour cream, meat sauce, cheese; repeat. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
