BUTTER CREAM SAUCE 
2 sticks butter
3 oz. cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika

Melt butter over low to medium heat. Gradually add cream while stirring, until it thickens and coats spoon. Take off heat and add lemon juice, salt and paprika. Can be prepared ahead of time and put in a warm oven. Delicious on fish, shellfish, or crisp cooked vegetables such as broccoli or asparagus.
