LAYERED FRUIT COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. Post Fruit & Fiber
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Crush 1/2 cup cereal. Combine with brown sugar and 1 tablespoon flour; set aside. Mix flour with baking powder. Add remaining cereal. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture and water. Add lemon juice.

Spread half the batter in 8 x 4 inch loaf pan which has been greased, lined with waxed paper and greased again. Sprinkle with half the crushed cereal mixture. Repeat layers.
