EASY MANICOTTA 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. water
8 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. canned tomatoes
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
8 uncooked manicotta shells (San Giorgio Brand)

Brown hamburger until it loses red color; add onion and cook until tender. Remove from heat and stir in oregano, garlic salt, egg and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Stuff shells and place in baking dish. Mix together tomatoes, tomato sauce and water; pour over shells. Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake for a few minutes until melted.
