CHUNKY TOMATO TOPPING 
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. crushed thyme

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened and translucent. Serve over chicken, sea food, rice, omelettes or frittatas.

Can be made with Del Monte Italian style or Mexican style stewed tomatoes. Omit thyme. Use with Italian or Mexican dishes.
