BUSTER BARS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. small marshmallows
Salted peanuts

Crush Oreos, about 6 at a time, in a plastic bag and roll with rolling pin. Mix with melted butter. Spread in a 9" x 13" pan. Freeze! Spread soft ice cream over Oreos. Sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze! Mix powdered sugar, chocolate chips, milk and marshmallows. Boil and stir 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let stand until cool. Pour over ice cream. Freeze!
