1 (32 oz.) pkg. O'Brien potatoes (with onions and peppers)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Put frozen potatoes in boiling water until thawed, drain in colander. Mix in cheese and mayonnaise. Grease pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until golden brown on top.
