ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 carrots, grated

Dissolve 1 (3 oz.) package orange Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add entire contents of can of crushed pineapple, stir in grated carrots. Chill until firm.
